If he, as you say he does, felt so strongly about the issue, why didn't he propose an enforcement only bill that used something like e-Verify to keep them from getting a dime of tax-payer provided social benefits?
Oh, that's right, he's on the record, very publicly, of being dead set against the use of e-Verify.
