Surveillance camera image from boat owner himself. Suspect probably triggered motion detector spot light which somehow no one noticed. That’s the story anyway..
Just speculation - but it might be an intentional misinformation campaign intended to convince any others involved in the plot that they haven’t been compromised... yet.
