The east coast New England colleges are a “Mecca” for these “students......(sigh)....we aren't going to stop this either. By the time laws are changed it'll be too late...it is already for that matter.

Most we can do now is just what was seen in Boston all week..BTW....another way also to milk cities financially...how many millions did it cost Boston and the the US Tax payer to catch just two men?....
