To: Jim Robinson
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

ARTICLE III, SECTION 3, CLAUSE 1

Next line reads: The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason,

I don't really believe, and I doubt you do either, that using a Constitutional power given them by one Article of the Constitution makes them in violation of another Article.

You might have a hard time convincing a court that we are in a declared war against those effected by this legislation.

Your position was that I was misusing the word “treason” and or that aiding and abetting the enemy is not. It is. And they are traitors. And, yes, the nation is at war.
