If the girlfriend (and/or others) were told in advance of this murderous plot and did not contact the police, she should be charged as an accessory before the fact and even, criminal conspiracy. If she saw this devil after the bombing (there were reports he was on campus after the Marathon) and she knew about it, she should be charged with being an accessory after the fact, aiding and abetting. No mercy for any of them.
