My county (Milwaukee) went to all encrypted digital a long time ago... They were so eager to shut out listeners they didn't even put up with it not actually working for a long time.

Been listening to UStream since last night after someone posted the link in another thread.
And then around 6:30 pm ET it was cut off along with two other Boston scanner feeds.
It came back on at 7, just in time for the main event :-)
