Could be. Chechin Muslims have killed hundreds in Russia through terrorist attacks. The other guy could be an ethnic Russian but that doesn’t mean he can’t be Muslim too.
The other guy could be an ethnic Kazakh or Uzbek or something like that. Ethnic Russians are Caucasians, not Asians.
