"Comprehensive Immigration Reform", aka, AMNESTY, is a done-deal.

This will be used to justify it by saying that Reform is needed to prevent this from happening in the future; COUNT ON IT.

I think amnesty is deader than a Chechnyan bomber. No one will want to allow any illegals to hang around.
