It’s likely a show of force to discourage the Islamic jihadists spread all throughout our major cities. These people are EVERYWHERE, ticking time bombs, and it’s very possible they think this could start a chain reaction. I’m sure all of the sleeper jihadists are jealous of all this attention they’re getting (and the 100 virgins in heaven).

If this is a show of force to demonstrate the prowess of the LEOs and the efficiency of the crisis response teams.... it isn’t working. That is, it isn’t working unless they intend to make the islameist terrorists laugh their asses off.
This is just silly. The blood trail note has to be a rumor or they would be able to track with dogs it would seem. They don’t even seem to know for sure what car they are looking for.
