The countering stories written since about him actually being given his Miranda rights warning, are strange.

The reasoning behind not "Mirandizing" him made sense because LEOs needed to quickly get info from him on the location of each bomb and explosive device he and his brother had left behind.

Heh, I'm sure you and your knee would have been a great comfort to him the entire country.

Thanks for all of your updates, Gleeaikin. I think you might be right. I had heard several reports that he was wearing a suicide vest. In the field they were forced into making instant assessments, the fastest being a visual assessment.

That’s been awhile...but during that roll we were pretty much revealing the sources...so yes I would have to say it came from a scanner.....or... the reporter was saying so. Hard to remmber as so much happening very quickly as the chase was on..
