MIT issued an emergency alert at 10:48 on Thursday night reporting shots fired on the university campus. The school newspaper reports, "Shots fired near 32 Vassar St (Stata Center), police officer down. Please stay inside." That report is backed up by CBS News's Bonney Kapp who reports hearing "officer down" on the police scanner just before the MIT alert went out. For now, details are scarce, but the suspect is on the loose and considered armed and extremely dangerous.

I’d say high. But maybe he got hit in the gun battle with LE. He could of found a place to hide but might have bled out by now. Also he might have help in the area. Not sure if they found the auto or not that he got away in.
I’m starting to think if the reports are correct that this Sunil Tripathi student from Brown University who up and disappeared isn’t one of the bombers, then the reason he’s even mentioned at all (and bears great resemblance to ‘Suspect #2’) is that the bombers are responsible for his disappearance. They might have just eliminated him and assumed his squeaky clean identity. I’d sure like an explanation about the pressure cooker bomb that was reportedly found behind Brown University last month around the time of Sunil’s disappearance, if he’s truly not a suspect after all.
This ‘Mike Mulugeta’ person allegedly had Massachusetts-issued state ID on his body when his corpse was rolled into the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Conclusion: The bombers aren’t really ‘Mike Mulugeta’ or ‘Sunil Tripathi’, and in fact they could be absolutely anyone. They’re Al Qaeda operatives who have realized that the keys to the kingdom in America to go anywhere and do anything without even a second look is a cheap little drivers license that all Americans carry around whicht liberal states even hand out to illegal aliens.
Oh dear, if they’re foreign terrorists who managed to pass a NICS check to buy guns with stolen/fake identification, this will be an incalculably large embarrassment for the Obama administration. Don’t even get me started on how Americans will change their mind in a snap on ‘Amnesty’.
