no I think you are right. The 2nd guy “is” by the lady with the pink coat. The hat matches, shoes and the pants also.
Some interesting similarities reported on twitter about the missing Indian (?) kid. Bow legged like perp in the photo, was threatening suicide, etc.
Might be an ID match there.
