Maybe these guys were PAID to ‘drop off” the backpacks, not knowing what was inside..thinking it was a dope deal or something..wow would that be unreal.

Agree...... doesn’t make sense. He did nothing to hide his face. He is even videoed while watching the race. Who would knowingly stroll around with a bomb banging around in a backpack? Good sense would tell you to get in and out..... If they wanted to get away with it and live they would have tried to conceal themselves in some way.
