The guy wearing the black hat(he seems a bit older, maybe around 28 years old..if what they are saying is true that the one in the white hat is seem dropping the bomb means the dude in the black hat is running the show)..but the one wearing the black hat looks Persian to me..I live in LA..the young Persian males all look like that guy..dark skin, but depends how long he has been in this country or if he was born here, the skin tone might become a little lighter. My friend fled Iran after the Houmani took power, she is darker skin, but her younger sister is lighter skin but you can definitely tell they are Persian..like the guy in the black hat
Please quit referring to them as Persians. There is no such thing as current day Persians. that is what iranians call themselves because they are afraid of calling themselves iranian in America. Persia no longer exists.
