That’s exactly what I was referring to, so thanks for posting the link. If there is someone caught on the store video that left a bag on the ground prior to the explosion, that should be sufficient information for the police to get a search warrant if the individual can be identified. It appears that the report is referring to someone other than the blue track suit guy and his companion. Release the information and let the public help with the identification.
