Is the backpack still with the man in black jacket with the yellow striped sleeves? Man in grey still has his by wall!

Has he moved to the second bomb site with the backpack that was on the ground?
I see him now still behind Yellow stripe.
If these three are involved that means someone else is at the second bomb site. Or it was placed earlier. However second blast wsa closer to the street, I would think someone would have noticed a lone bag.
That said until I took a flight 4 years ago I would have prob not thought anything about a left bag. Now at the airport it’s broadcact on the loud speaker ever 5 mins to report any lone standing bags. And to not accept any bag from any person for any reason!
