Does anyone think the Saudi national is the same guy as the guy with backwards white hat near the top of this photo, in the vicinity of the first bombing location? Hard for me to tell.

The Saudi national who was tackled "had no involvement," so we are told.
Maybe that is true in the literal sense. I.e., he may have had nothing to do with assembling or placing the bombs.
But how could the FBI conclude so quickly that he knew nothing about the plot?
And it it's true, as Steve Emerson says, that that Saudi national who "had no involvement" is going to be deported as a "national security risk," then ... what risk exactly did he pose?
I'd also like to hear from the bystander who tackled him. What did the bystander see that made him suspicious? Is the bystander being kept under wraps?
