So how does that work? Pressure cooker is steam locked inside but suppose to release pressure when too hot?? How do they create bombs with them?

As I remember the steam release on the top of the cooker is threaded in so you can take it off for cleaning.
All they would have to do is thread in a plug to stop the steam from being relesed...BOOM.
