This says suspect was 'caught' 2 HOURS AFTER THE BLAST.. So, he received serious burns but didn't immediately seek medical assistance, then he was caught? It would be difficult to be seriously burned right after an explosion and go unnoticed. This sounds like more than just a suspect to me.
