Wonder if Homeland security was there ahead of race making sure the finish line was safe. Seems they have been focused/diverted on splc agenda recently
Who knows, but likely..the response to this was very fast...when you consider everything.
No matter how this plays out it won't be good...this is really the first successful attack since 9/11...other than the creep who shot our soldiers.
