Looks like terrorism to me..if it was some sort of underground explosion(Like a gas leak) would it explode twice? Seems very odd..prayers up to those injured..hearing there are limbs everywhere

No... not twice, and a low-velocity blast like gas wouldn't rip off limbs on the sidewalk nearby.

This looks like Israel when one of the Hamas scum blow themselves up, or detonate a device..this was a well orchestrated attack..either its some kind of Islamic group or perhaps North Korea
