Time to add an amendment to the Gun Bill: “Any member of Congress who votes for this bill, shall step down from office and be subjected to no less than 5 years in prison and a fine of $1 million dollars, if any provision is found to infringe upon the 2nd, 4th, or 5th amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Said penalty shall also apply to staffers, aides, members of government, or special interests for whom it is shown have had a hand in writing said provisions of this legislation.”
Add “Shall lose his retirement benefits” please.
I would change “shall step down” to “shall be involuntarily removed”...
