You also aren’t responsible for assigning “homework” to everyone that disagrees with you. I don’t care to “prove you wrong”, because I don’t give a damn if you insist on going through life confused. It’s just not my problem.

A (hopefully) final observation, because you just won’t stop saying stupid stuff: now you feel yourself qualified to speak for “the Reagans”? You’re quite a piece of . . . work.

Dude, give RC some space to lay his heavy truth on us.

He’s making a cutting point about the herd nature of the internet, or something.

Dude, nothing heavy from me, dude. Just amusing that people send Congratulations and Condolences into the ether that they know full well will never reach their destinations, which means that what are they these empty gestures, dude, except self-congratulations, I think, and postures for others on the forum to admire.

If you mean it, get yor ass out, drive to a drugstore, select and purchase an appropriate card, drive to the public library, research the address of the recipient, or his fan club, or his agent, drive to a post office, stand in line, scribble the Congratulations/Condolences note and address the envelope while waiting in line, then approach the surly Postal Service clerk and beg him or her to sell you a stamp, then lick the stamp, attach it to the envelope (upper right corner), and slide the envelope into a mail slot inside the post office, or if you prefer, in the mail box standing on the sidewalk just outside. (And don’t forget your umbrella.) That if you really mean it. Otherwise, don’t think that your postures impress everyone.

It’s a friendly gesture and not much more. Sometimes people do that kind of thing.

I’m only assigning you homework because you seem to want to make this discussion something personal about me (and who you presume I think I’m speaking for?) — instead of dealing with the facts.

If you have any info that refutes what I wrote about Reagan not liking the Bushes, please feel free to discuss.

P.S. I wouldn’t keep asking you to do your homework if I hadn’t done mine.

BUt really, this thread should be about crying babies, dirty diapers, spilled milk bottles and such, and not about the Bushes, and now the Reagans. Sigh!

Spewing — or respewing — something you read on the Internet proves nothing. it isn’t a fact simply because you said it. It’s just silly.

Congratulations!

He seemed like a pretty good dad to Jenna and Barbara ... ought to make a good grandpa.

I can recommend two good books for you on this: Start with Craig Shirley’s book on Reagan and then Russ Baker’s book on the Bushes.

Eye openers.

Then, like me, you can go back to sources and check their facts.

Please, now I’m begging you to do your homework on the Bushes!

LOL and peace out, in Christ.

Ah. You read two books, retained two facts, and, thus armed, are here to speak for all Christians and all conservatives.

you aren’t making this any better for yourself. You said something stupid. You should probably just admit it, and move on.

Dude, I sincerely hope these kids have more little ones, so that we may all celebrate by having such threads as this one filled with personal attacks and insults.

LOL, I gave you a couple of starter books on Reagan and the Bush family and suggesting you check their sources, not sure what you are talking about now?

But you need to do your homework on the Bushes, then get back to me so you can refute my remarks.

Like I said, I’d really love to believe the Bushes were beloved by Ronald Reagan!

Oh my Lord, thank you. I’ve seen these photos of George Bush drunk at the Beijing Olympics before when he evidently broke his sobriety, but I NEVER saw that Mitt and Ann Romney were there with them until tonight. Thanks John B. This has been a productive evening.

that’s at least the third time that you have posted the same crap. Now it’s just embarrassing.

surely, there is at least one more “fact” to be found in the two books you have read.

LOL.

Okay, why was George HW Bush made CIA director during the Church Committee period of time?

Let me know the answer to that one after you’ve done your homework.

Meanwhile, I’m trying to fit in why Mitt Romney was with the Bushes in Beijing and why Rove wanted him to be McCain’s VP that month.

oh, God. You’re one of those. I thought so.

um, because he is an alien. Not the kind from Mexico, but the kind from outer space.

I don’t believe in aliens and I don’t buy tickets or watch anything about aliens because I think it is lazy writing.

Now quit harassing me. You’ve called me names and now are just hijacking this thread for no good reason — certainly not about the Bushes or the Reagans or the fragile state of our conservatism.

I’m not harassing anyone. I’m simply insisting that you stop speaking for all Christians and all conservatives. It’s pretty simple.

And I hope you find some non-lazy writing about space aliens soon.
