What if the homeowner is himself a Common Criminal?This a confusing morass of posts but from what I have read it appears you are justifying SWAT no-knock raids because someone might be a criminal therefore homeowners have a responsibility to check IDs prior to shooting people breaking into their home?
If that doesn't sum it up accurately please let me know in what way someone else being a criminal should affect my actions when it comes to me defending my home.
