I’m guessing the belt feed is a custom job, added to a weapon the owner assembled from parts.

You’ll have to ask the guy that posted the pic.

One of Stoner’s original designs was for soldiers to carry their ammo in a rucksack, then have it feed into the weapon much the way a Mini-Gun is fed.

You forgot to mention the first thing to check is if the ‘guy’ has a carrot top.

That’s a great attitude, love the can-do’ness of it but it shouldn’t depend on that. It’s our right, not a test to be passed by cleverness...

Wait, wait. Maybe we could make a black powder AR-15, a muzzle loader, with percussion ignition. Rate of fire should satisfy everyone!

Not surprising. If they were good enough for General Patton, we should do just fine with ‘em... if we can find (and afford) any ammo.

I remember the day... not so long ago... when .30-06 was out of fashion, and cheaper than .308 - which at the time was affordable itself...

Times change.

The part I thought was chromed looks like a Mega Maten upper lower set in nickel boron.

Nor is it all *BLACK* {Horrors! Shudder!]

At a gun show today I saw a poster with a silhouette of an AR-15 and the legend, "It's because I'm black, isn't it?"

That would be the way to go though the plans for building a gatling gun are on the web for all types from a three barrel .177 BB type on up to more barrels and conventional cartridges.

I have seen many that are cobbled together with nothing more than a DeWalt drill motor and some seamless thick wall tubing shooting .22LR.
