That's about the only way I would consider rejoining.

A "yea" vote is a vote for the resolution. The resolution is to NOT enter the treaty. Hence a "yea" vote is a vote for freedom.
I think.
That said, on multiple readings I can't figure out whether the vote "yea" or "nay" is placed before or after the senator's name. It's very confusing.

I like the grade my sixth grade teacher (1978/79) used for the absolute bottom, "FOO," meaning F 0.0. Unless Toomey is calling someones bluff or has a damn good strategy here, I'd have to give him a "FOO."
