Barry Soetoro, aka B. Hussein Obama, first Inaugural quote: “I want to FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE AMERICA!”

It wasn't his inaugural address. It was in a speech after he won the first election. I know it's kind of nitpicky but when he said it there was still time to stop the bastard from taking office but no one had the guts.
