If I was the store owner I would do anything to publicize this. But he probably thinks it would be bad marketing. I think it would only be so to people that would never buy from him.
If this is just, then the car salesman that sells a car to someone that proceeds to drink, drive, and kill someone should be shut down.

I think you are missing the real story here. When the Gub'ment revokes your license to sell guns it means they have deemed you broke the law. This owner is in danger of being incarcerated. He's probably not worrying much about advertising.
