How true!

It was his parents' responsibility to keep him from sinking into that miasma. Yet here they are squeezing a million+ out of the HOA (or its insurer) for the consequence of their own failure!

Not only that, but such equating of culture and race represents a form of racism far more damaging than mere discrimination.
