Put them in the trunk of the car, drive directly away from the state and never come back.

We have several friends (some are FReepers) who have done just that. My husband and I really hope to follow them "someday", as soon as we can afford it...

The People's Socialist Republik of Connecticut really sucks. The entire northeast is hopeless, IMO.
