Banning WND articles from FR isn't violating the first Amendment rights of anyone. You do understand the suggestion was banning from FR, not that the site should be shut down, right?

If I am told that I cannot post on FR from WND because they have reserved certain copyrights, that is one thing.

If I am told that I cannot post on FR from WND because they
are not judged to be credible or newsworthy is another.
