Jordans King Abdullah II and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmud Abbas signed an agreement on Sunday confirming their common goal to defending Jerusalem and their opposition to efforts to Judaize the eternal capital of Israel.
Palestinian Authority Religious Affairs Minister Mahmoud al-Habash said the agreement confirmed Jordans role as protector of the citys holy sites and Palestinian sovereignty over all of Palestine, including its capital East Jerusalem, the Maan news agency reported.

Jerusalem was the center of Judaism 3,000 years ago. Get lost, Muslim interlopers.

Yeah, a couple of tin-pot despots and third-rate "powers" declare that the city historically the capital of a Jewish country for thousands of years is theirs. And that they will be in charge of preserving holy sites therein. I supposed that's why every tour bus of Israel visitors visits the Temple Mount sifting project. The A-rabs, in their conscientious attempt to preserve Jewish holy sites, bulldozed some of them to build some steps on the Temple Mount down into an underground mosque. They then threw the precious objects, what was left of them, into the city dump to be mixed with common garbage. Tourists spend a fascinating hour or two sifting buckets of materials taken from the dump, discovering thousand-year-old shards of Jewish pottery, ancient coins, fragments of tiles and glass, etc.
Thank you Obama for yet another foreign relations triumph. You stupid piece of offal.

such an “agreement” is not worth even using as toilet paper
(although that would be a nice gesture for its disposition...)

Given the nature of the region, the little king (pop a palestinion killer, grandpop killed by palestinians on the Temple Mount), is the best of the bunch, and has an attractive western wife. But honestly, he's in no position to defend Jerusalem from anything. Heck, if pop hadn't believed the lying (can I say that) Egyptians and their "radar" showing the rout of the IAF in 67 and entered the war, Jordan would still control the West Bank and a large part of Jerusalem, including the Jewish and Armenian quarters.
