I suspect that Kelly is going to run for the House seat his wife held. Her administrative assistant leveraged it in the special when Kelly was still astronauting. I think they allowed Barber to run in 2012 election because they were not sure the Democrats could hold that seat and Kelly did not have a good handle on the ‘message’. Now Kelly has a mission and by January ‘14 will have the message packaged and ready. They will convince Barber to take one for the team and not run again. SHAZAM!
