can’t get a job cause us old guys can’t afford to retire... Ain't that the truth! I like my job, but instead of winding things down at 65, I figure I have to keep going just to stand still, financially. Bop 'til you drop!

The economy in the shape it's in now doesn't help either -- employers can take advantage of the situation by basically saying "you're lucky to have a job, if you don't do X [as unpaid overtime] you won't be so lucky."
