Photoshopped. Once you see the original, it’s even more obvious.

I have seen PLENTY of photoshopped quackery in the pictures Obama claims (the Harvard Law Review is obviously doctored) but in THIS case, it was shopped to make him look bad. Don’t know why, he and she both do it enough themselves.
