I bet someone could create an incredible hoax, by proposing a constitutional amendment to outlaw socialism.

Of course it would never happen, but the very idea it might happen would cause some of the real dim bulbs in the Democrat party to become hysterical.

Since they are low information types outside of party news releases, the hoax could include all sorts of bogus information and they would be none the wiser.

For example, “32 states have already passed resolutions to outlaw socialism in the United States. If just two more pass such resolutions, a constitutional convention will be convened for just that purpose. Of the states that have *not yet* passed resolutions, the most likely to do so are Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Alabama.”

The fun part would be to see the left freak out, with the smarter ones trying to settle down the really dumb ones, and not having much luck doing so.
