I don’t know if you have seen it but Saddam would remove hands from victims slowly then force them to run full steam blindfolded off 10 story buildings. These were just his political enemies.

I don’t know about the people being forced to run off buildings story, but the people shredding machine was debunked - see the article “Not a Shred of Evidence” by Brendan O’Neill.

Also revealing is the back history of Jumana Mikhail Hanna, a Christian Iraqi woman who claimed to have been raped and tortured by Uday Hussein. It turns out she had an over-active imagination, and he had never met her, much less raped her. It was true she was in an Iraqi prison, but for fraud and prostitution offences.
