I suspect the 2A climate will change, eventually.
Isn't there an uptick in concealed carry permit applications in Connecticut? That tells you what the people want.

There is no middle ground with the anti 2nd amendment crowd.
Stop them in their tracks or capitulate completely. Any illusions of compromise guarantee your defeat by incrementalism. Their goal is not safety, it is TOTAL disarmament and nothing less.
