U.N. treaty don’t mean $hit. Our Constitution says that treaties are “the supreme law of the land, the constitution or laws of any state not withstanding.” The reference is to the constitutions and laws of the states, not the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights which trumps EVERYTHING.
