Yep, I got a better one.
- Illegals here can NEVER attain citizenship. NEVER.
- Illegals here _can_ remain as “permanent alien workers” if they have clean legal records (other than the fact that they entered the country illegally).
- Illegals here who are permanent alien workers can qualify Social Security _IF_ they meet the same eligibility requirements as citizens.
- Permanent alien workers (as non-citizens will NEVER be allowed to register and vote).
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
- Permanent alien workers have NO RIGHT to “chain migration” of relatives. Only legal immigrants (entered USA legally from the outset) will have that opportunity (I would prefer it be abolished for legal immigrants as well).
How’s that?
*And* may never get a nickel in Federal $$$ for *any* reason.No Medicaid,SSDI,Social Security,food stamps,Section 8 housing,public housing....NOTHING.
We CANNOT condone law-breaking, and then allow ALL the Benefits of Citizenship to those criminals.
Lock 'n Load, Amerika, the time is coming when this wealth-redistribution cannot be sustained, and they will come to TAKE what you have, to re-distribute to those who are parasitic to the core.

The really, really need to be “encouraged” to self-deport and our borders need to be secured. Hell, they need to be fortified.

The problem with the rubio plan is that the laws are already on the books—including the law passed by Reagan in 1986.
The new proposed law will just add another layer to the old law.
What happened with the old law was that one provision of the law, border enforcement was not implemented. The other side of the law amnesty was enforced.
The same thing will happen here. Only in spades. Once the law is passed it will no longer be possible to deport anyone the obama administration doesn’t want to deport which will be no one but murderers. And the rules to get people naturalized citizenship will be frog marched or ignored and illegals will be made legals in mass for the 2016 elections—so as to push the dems into a majority in states like texas arizona florida and others.
Try to understand, the law means nothing to the dems.
I knew we’d go down someday. If not from pure liberalism then from massive illegal immigration. I had hoped that I’d been dead and gone before it happened. That’s not to say God might have other ideas for me tonight, tomorrow or whenever but that aside I imagine I’ll still be here when the end of America comes. If we retain or even gain more seats in Congress there is some hope we might be able to reverse the slide down the toilet. If we don’t then only hope is to win The White House in 2016. If Christie or Jeb Bush is our candidate then it’s lost already. Even if either of these two RINOS aren’t the candidate and we still lose in 2016 then it is well and truly over for America.

You have grasped the essence of why SS is going or is broke. Many people who have never put anything into the the system get to take from those who have ‘contributed’. Politicians haven’t made this an issue and won’t because they know SS is a big scam that has been going on for years. This scam is not just a problem of Mexicans because there are SE immigrants,and European immigrants, and from you call-it immigrants, legal and illegal, milking the free and easy tax money coffers. The politicians blow their political backroom smoke to hide the real source/cause of the a broke SS system.
At bottom, the problem was that illegal entry was identified as a misdemeanor -- therefore, an unserious crime hardly worth enforcing.
In order to ensure enforcement, illegal entry needs to be a felony -- with a stiff penalty paid prior to automatic deportation.

Not many companies use it, they might start if they get enough requests.

Any “plan” that does not deport all the Illegal Aliens is AMNESTY.

Rubio’s plan calls for more GOVERNMENT to enforce laws that they cannot already enforce on the current system. It would be a lot cheaper to round up all the Illegal Aliens and deport them...instead of the government trying to figure out which illegal got in line at what time, and what illegal alien has paid his “fine”...yada yada yada
Heck the government has 100s of thousands of its own employees who don’t even file their income taxes....and you expect them to keep up with Illegal Aliens and who paid their “fine”?
