Yes, I know this is stupid, and yes, I know the definitive answer is "any democrat with any power."

For those who aren't familiar, blind items are (usually) celebrity news stories in which names are withheld because there is not sufficient evidence to keep the journalist from being sued. They are usually presented with clues to help you figure out the subject. Most of them are about actors being mean, in the closet or on drugs. (The gayness obsession is strong in blind items.)

This one, though, is about a vindictive politician, which is why I thought some of you Freepers might find it interesting. The comments on the site, too, are worth looking at, if only for the hilarious bias of some ignorant commenters claiming Dick Cheney is the vindictive politician because he accidentally shot his friend. And shockingly, no one has named Bush. Yet.

Also funny is that the subject of this blind (a dem for sure), is not named as a dem, but the blind above it on BlindGossip (via the Village Voice) is: "Which family-values-loving Republican candidate (who lost) could never seem to remember the name of the babysitter he dropped his kids with so he could go on flag-waving missions—for three years in a row?" An unforgivable, anti-family-values sin, to be sure.

So the question is... fishy Rahm or someone else? 0bama fits the description to be sure, but the clue (a picture of a blood-spattered $100 bill) hints that the subject is not a president.

(BlindGossip's source is HuffPo's Gay Voices section, so be aware that link doesn't take you to the HuffPo homepage.)
