Rand mentioned the Constitution party and other third party folks being listed. He won't add the example I would: how about a two domestic terrorists who had been through the legal system, one convicted and had served time, the other admitted guilt but was freed by legal technicalities. Both were unrepentant and continued to advocate terrorism. They hold a meet and greet for a political friend who was running for office. Could that meeting be a constitutional drone target intending to prevent possible terrorism by the hosts or their various friends in attendance.
