I’m back for the duration of Paul’s filibuster. He doesn’t look like it he seven plus hours is catching up with him; but I did get a tad scared (is he diabetic ) when he munched the candy. How did Thurmond go for 24 hours w/no food or bathroom break?

I'm sure he was eating candy for energy, in lieu of real food. I am soooooo proud of what Rand Paul did this day. And I feel the very same about Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Mike Lee. True Conservatives - True Patriots!

As for Thurmond...I don't know how he did it. I guess some of us have lesser requirements for food and bathroom breaks than others!
