Nobama may indeed be trying to build his Brown Shirt security force, but the way I see it is these “brown shirts” will rapidly go brown pants when SHTF, not to mention what percentage of all this DHS stuff will end up at a pawn shop in Deetroit.

What on earth does the DHS need with 2700 Armored Personell vehicles and a couple billion rounds 9 mil and 40 ammo? To collect taxes? Really? Do we have 2700 of these vehicles in combat?
