Don’t take it personally black folks, it’s not you - it’s just that Latinos and immigration are a newer cause to exploit and to be honest, slavery just isn’t as effective as it used to be. You’re right; the two elections of a mulatto have obscured the fact that they have been surpassed in numbers and influence by Hispanics. Some of them are getting the message, as Hispanics Dems compete with them for “black” council seats and mayoralties. The state of “black America” has rarely been so grim; at this point in NJ the urban blacks are ringed with a buffer zone of Hispanics, that has effectively removed them from “America” in any meaningful sense.
