It’s already working. Rubio is now the main joke on late night talk shows. He is effectively being turned into a buffoon. That sip of water may very well turn out to be the end of his career.
Yet the leftwing media has never mentioned TOTUS, and how Hussein had to use it just to speak to a kindergarten class a few years ago. The fact that Hussein is incapable of forming an original thought to make a speech is no big deal. Yet a sip of water by a GOP giving off-the-cuff remarks is big news. MSM = traitors.
