Don’t like the job? Can’t follow the rules?

Please point out any federal, state or local law that prohibits use of deadly force by police when they are confronted by such. Dorner had already killed one deputy in the siege at that location and wounded another, and he had continued to fire at the LEOs outside. He continued to present a lethal threat to them. Lethal force was justified.

At the time they deployed the pyro, he hadn’t fired on them in hours. I was listening to some of the web scanners the folks over at ARFCOM had up.

Dorner wasn’t going anywhere. They burned him out rather than wait him out. On purpose.

This is how getting "droned" will start. Get the public used to incidents like this. The next person will be hit with a Helfire missile. Lethal force justified. Anyone remember the Philly MOVE incident where the cops used C4 to take out a block of apartments?
