I was tempted to post a thread “Before you cry in your beer over Dorner, consider what the law says about the authorization of deadly force and when it is authorized.”
It is authorized for use when someone is fleeing a rape, murder etc.
Also authorized when someone is shooting at you but let’s not get real picky.
Is it authorized for people delivering newspapers?
How about surfers on their way to the beach?
