Please stop using the term “high-capacity magazine”. That is a anti-gun term. You fall into their trap when yo repeat that. ALL mags are “standard” if they fit the gun.

Also, “assault weapons” are modern sporting rifles, rifle, gun or pistol.

They are “defense weapons”, not assault weapons. 99.99% of defense-weapon owners never use it for assault, only use it for defense and target shooting. An assault weapon must have full-automatic capability, or it is just a defense weapon.
