There is a lot of friction between the Mexicans and the blacks in the LA area. They really don’t like each other.

Its the same everywhere. In the nearest city to me there's a clear dividing line between two neighborhoods that were primarily black. Now one is black and the other Mexican with a steady stream of police cars between them.

In northern NJ the black neighborhoods, while shrinking, are being encircled by Hispanic buffer zones. As Hispanics overtake them politically, economically, and demographically, blacks are fading into obscurity.
